10 minutes delayed final practice at the Grand Prix after a huge crash in the Formula 3 race.
Australian Alex Peroni was introduced into the air by a kerb at the Parabolica corner that was fast and landed upside down to the barrier. He was unhurt.
Race officials caused the delay improving their time and eliminating the kerb, which has been placed at the area that was run-off to prevent drivers.
If they operate wide at 14, drivers will now have two times deleted.
Peroni’s automobile was started when he cut on the leading edge of the kerb that the was placed there to discourage drivers from running broad as they depart the corner and ran broad.
The car was instantly lifted to the atmosphere and it somersaulted and twisted a number of days before landing upside down on the tyre barrier and concrete wall .
Peroni was spotted walking along with the trail and has been taken to the center for a precaution.
The episode is going to be assessed by FIA officials, as a spotlight falls upon if so’sausage kerbs’ – like some slim policeman – are proper ways of enforcing track limitations at these rapid corners.
